How I made this
Step 1
I first sent Gemini a photo of my desk and a brief description of what I was looking for.
The results were pretty basic but the foundation was definitely there. It even identified my exact PC case!
STEP 2
A lot of experimentation was involved for getting the right prompt to get the result I was looking for.
I was also able to quickly model exactly what I wanted in Blender and then send those screenshots to Gemini for it to recreate. This was a really helpful way to cut down the time for going back and forth on prompts.

I really wanted this experience to be more interactive so having the different environments felt like a good way to add a lot of variety without too much complexity.
It was very fun and exciting to see how Gemini would interpret the prompts and where it put its own creative spin. I didn’t know it could render that foggy look but Gemini suggested it on its own, and that brought everything together.

Once everything was in place and not going anywhere, I was able to focus on that last layer of polish. I asked Gemini to add visual and audio feedback for all of the interactions which it had no problem with.
After the main functionality was added it just came down to filling out the desk. This part came together relatively quickly compared to the rest because I knew what I wanted and so I tailored my very specific prompts to be clear and simple.
